How we work

1. order

The customer places an order via our platform.

The delivery schedule is clearly defined, allowing customers to plan their store restocking in advance.

Clear procedures help reduce the risk of errors and ensure efficient order fulfilment and document processing.

2. additional order

It is possible to place an additional order before the planned loading.

This allows our customers to respond flexibly to current market needs, increased sales or unexpected demand for specific products.

3. Order fulfillment

The goods are prepared in our warehouse in accordance with each customer’s individual order.

Thanks to the WMS system, each pallet is marked and assigned to the appropriate recipient.

The entire process includes quality checks and verification that the picked goods match the order.

4. loading

The prepared pallets are loaded onto our lorries.

Loading is carried out whilst maintaining the cold chain, which is particularly important for products requiring specific temperature conditions.

Before departure, the temperature set in the refrigeration units is checked, and the drivers are issued with the necessary export documents.

5. shipping

Our modern fleet of lorries leaves the warehouse according to the agreed schedule.

All vehicles are equipped with GPS systems, allowing our logistics team to monitor the progress of the transport and the delivery status.

Customers are informed of the planned delivery time and of any potential delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver on time, according to the agreed schedule.

Each vehicle is equipped with a lift, which facilitates and speeds up unloading at the location indicated by the customer.

After delivery, we provide the necessary documents and confirm receipt of the goods. If required, we also collect empty Euro pallets.
